Happy New Year! The message is a little delayed, but I left for my honeymoon on January 1st and am just now settling back to work. We went to Thailand and Bali, which are two beautiful countries filled with wonderful people, incredible cultures and picturesque beaches.
I thank you all for your support and continued readership on my blog. 2010 was an incredible year in the business: interest rates hit bottom levels, some aspects of financing tightened while others loosened and housing prices for the most part remained relatively stable. Low rates drove a surge in refinances, so there were times when blogging had to take a backseat.
I received an email from WordPress breaking down some of my 2010 blogging stats, which was very encouraging. My blog was viewed about 9500 times in the year. I wrote 32 new posts, with a total number of 123 posts since I began blogging. The top referring sites were my personal website www.loansbyirene.com, then Facebook, Google and Wikipedia.
It’s great to see this sort of insight and I thank each of you for your continued support and readership.
